Creatures of the Realm

Dolmama wouldn't have to worry about paperwork if she was the boss of the boss, so she's only second to the four chief executive officers of the spirit realm. 

All four of them actively watch the goings-on between the worlds of the dead and the living. They make the decisions as to what happens to each individual when they die, but their underlings are the ones that make direct contact with the newly deceased. 

Dolmama, the President, trains the underlings and monitors their work (they each have a quota to meet).

The underlings involve the Youmeri (erases memories), the Unrest (allows vengeance through haunting), the Vashti (allows spirits to rest after haunting), and the Salut (allows limited communication with the living).

I don't have any specific characters for the Unrest, Vashti, or Salut, nor do I plan to XD

Depending on the situation and whether or not the underlings were there when a specific individual had passed away, the individual may only have one, some, or all of the actions done to them. 

Had the Unrest gotten to Rikoko first, she may have been fueled with anger and vengeance and would have turned into a haunting spirt. 

But instead Daikiki erased her memories, taking away her need for revenge against the person who killed her by forcing her to forget who they were. 

Of all the CEOs, Nare is the most invested in watching everyone stuggle.

Why is this important? I dunno. I think I want to do something with these guys XD We'll see I guess.
